A Better Answer: Immersed Membranes for Snowshoe
At 8RiversSafeDevelopment.com, the document "Immersed Membrane Technology Explained" has this to say about a ski resort in Canada:

"At a ski resort in Canada, the facility owners were unable to expand their development owing to the lack of sewers and the sensitivity of the environment to any additional impact. Switching to the use of a membrane bioreactor system, the resort was able to achieve their growth targets while meeting the extremely stringent requirements of their pristine alpine environment."

Sounds like our situation with Snowshoe and area development. I hope Snowshoe looks into this possibility. Do you think they will and/or that it could work?
